LL Cool J Furious Over Low Album Sales, Threatens to Quit, Blames Def Jam Conspiracy

Yesterday (9/20), the self-proclaimed G.O.A.T. posted this message to his fans on his MySpace page:
LLCOOLJ EXIT13 conspiracy??
I don't personally believe it. but I'm getting a lot of strange reports from people who say they can't find my new album exit 13 in stores. And that Def Jam is somehow trying to control and limit my sales because my contract is up. I think LA reid and company have much more integrity than that. But just in case you know someone who can't seem to locate the new LLCOOLJ album EXIT13. Send them to itunes or sears.com....... let's think positive yall.
not old school not new school I'm classic.
LLCOOLJ
boomdizzle...yall got next.
LL blamed is last album's low sales on Jay Z, who at the time was the president of Def Jam. LL called him out but in a radio interview with Hot97's Angie Martinez Jay Z's said, “I don’t like the way he’s carrying it. We could have definitely talked about this. Or he could have just gave me a phone call. That’s his decision, but I respect him as a legend in the game. And he gon’ get a couple of passes because of that.”
Exit 13, is the veteran rapper's last album under his current contract with Def Jam.
Maybe LL will have more luck in the fashion industry, the star is set to debut a new clothing line through Sears entitled "LL Cool J For Sears" this month.
'Exit 13' is in stores now.
