VIDEO: Jay Z's Rock Star Foe is Attacked at Concert

The man who vehemently opposed Jay Z's inclusion at the UK's Glastonbury Festival was attacked on stage and suffered a fractured rib and ligament damage as a result.
Noel Gallagher, of the rock group Oasis, was performing "Morning Glory" last night in Toronto, Canada's 2008 Virgin Festival whenan unidentified man jumped on the stage and attacked him in front of screaming fans.
An official statment from the band says, he "fell heavily on to his monitor speakers. Despite his injuries Noel returned to the stage a few minutes later to complete the band's set but was taken to hospital after the show to be examined for a suspected fractured rib and ligament damage. The assailant was detained in police custody and will be charged with assault."
Ironically, the band was scheduled to play in Jay Z's hometown, New York, this Friday but may now have to cancel the performance.
Earlier this year Gallagher said it was "wrong" to have a hip hop performance at the Glastonbury Festival. "If you start to break it then people aren't going to go. I'm sorry, but Jay-Z? No chance." said the Oasis lead singer. "I'm not having hip-hop at Glastonbury. It's wrong."
Despite the criticisms, Jay Z went on to perform at the Glastonbury Festival. He poked fun at the rocker by beginning his critically acclaimed performance with a parody of an Oasis song. Although the men have since reconciled, Jay Z recently dissed the rocker on his current hit "Jockin' Jay Z"
You can't mess with Jay Z, doesn't matter if you're a rapper or rocker!
