Sound Scan Messes Up: Game is #2

Game Misses the #1 Spot by 1,134
After a SoundScan mix up, the controversial rapper debuted at #2 on the Billboard's Top 200 instead of the initially reported #1 spot.
Game's latest album, and according to him his last, sold 238,382 but was bested by rockers Slipknot who sold 239,516 to claim the #1 spot.
The Game can still claim the #1 spot on the Top R&B/Hip Hop Albums and the Top Rap Albums charts
“Being #1 for the third time makes me feel good, especially since I put my all into this album,” the Game said. “There should be no doubt by the critics if a label, producer or hook singer can stagger my ability to make songs or an album. I hope my fans enjoy this one more than others, because this one defines me, my life, and my place in Hip-Hop.”
