Game May Have To Go Back To Jail

The Game has been charged with criminal battery and may have to return to jail for violating the terms of his probation.  The criminal battery charge is due to the assault on his cousin at a family member's funeral, earlier this year.

In a police report filed in July, Game's cousin, Robert Kirkwood, alleged that the Compton rapper attacked him at his sister's funeral.  

Kirkwood claims that Game, real name Jayecon Taylor, agreed to cover the funeral expenses but when refused then refused to pay the bill.  When he approached Game at the funeral he claims the rapper punched him in his face.  

If found guilty on the criminal battery charge the rapper will be in violation of his probation and may have to return to prison.

In related news, The Game's much anticipated album L.A.X. dropped this Tuesday (8/26).  The album features his latest hit "My Life" featuring Lil Wayne, as well as "Pain" featuring Keyshia Cole and collaborations with Ice Cube, Ne-Yo, Nas and more. 

The Game has announced he will be retiring and this will be his last album.
