DMX Curses In Court, Remains in Jail

DMX denied bond curses in courtroom as he's forced to remain in jail till October

Apparently life on the inside is getting to DMX, real name Earl Simmons, because he was not his usual charismatic self in a court hearing earlier today (August 26).  When learning he will have to stay in jail till October he cursed at the judge and abruptly walked away.  In contrast, the last time we saw X in court he was laughing and seemed to be taking this in stride but today when the judge denied him bond he lashed out at the judge and said, "I'm not going back to f--king jail".  He then walked before the judge could finish with the proceedings.

The judge responded by sarcastically saying, "Oh, well that just ingratiated you to me," said Judge Lawrence Schwartz. "I've never heard the F-word before, so it's OK."  The judge then warned Simmons' lawyer that the rapper had better not curse in his courtroom again.

X was arrested earlier this month at a Wal-Mart in Florida after failing to appear at a court hearing in Arizona. He was two cases pending in the state of Florida as well as various cases in Arizona.

In related news, DMX recently announced that he will be starring in a reality show based on his various court cases and his efforts to rehabilitate himself.

U411 Note: Unlike many other rappers DMX is a real dude with real issues and real problems who needs real help.  Many say he's doing it to himself and he deserves what he's getting but the only thing X deserves is support and the help he needs.  Our prayers are with him.
