Recently Timbaland had the internet world buzzing when he stated that he would be producing Jay Z's next album in its entirety, well it seems that was just wishful thinking.  As we now know 'Jockin' Jay Z' was produced by Kanye West. 

According to Billboard Kanye and producer No I.D., real name Dion Wilson, are hard at work on The Blueprint 3. However, it's still unclear if they will produce the entire album.  

There's still no release date set for The Blueprint 3.  This will be Jay Z's last album on Def Jam.
