DMX is (Locked) Down and Out

DMX was arrested, again, yesterday in Florida.  DMX, real name Earl Simmons, was in a vehicle parked in a handicap spot, outside of a Walmart when he was taken into custody.  Juan Villalba, the Miami-Dade police spokesman, said "the officer approached him and a routine check revealed he had a warrant out of Maricopa County."  He was arrested at 5:30 p.m.  

DMX's attorney, Murry Richman, who is representing him pro bono, said "his home is in foreclosure and he is without funds."
