Da Brat's Going To Jail? 

Rumor is that Da Brat is going to do some time.  Da Brat was arrested last year at Jermaine Dupri's Halloween party after smashing a waitress with a bottle of liquor and has been on bail since.  According to various websites the rapper has struck a deal with prosecutors in Atlanta and is scheduled to turn herself in next week.  While not official yet sohh.com and mediatakeout.com  are both reporting this but sohh.com says she'll serve one year while mediatakeout is claiming she'll do a minimum of three years.
