We recently reported that The Smoking Gun website has uncovered Rick Ross' personnel file from his former employer, Florida's Department of Corrections.  The file contains more than 80 pages and contains everything from his application to his letter of resignation.  But despite this overwhelming evidence, Rick Ross  continues to deny ever being a C.O.
