Sagging your pants in Flint, Michigan may get you locked up for 93 days and up to a $500 fine. The city's new police chief, David Dicks, says, "This immoral self-expression goes beyond free speech," Dicks said. "It rises to the crime of indecent exposure/disorderly person."
